Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the NoteTune mobile application (the "App") operated by NoteTune ("we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

NoteTune is a voice-to-text application that allows you to record audio, transcribe it into text using on-device speech recognition, and transform the transcribed text into polished written content using AI-powered rewriting. The App also provides note organization, rewrite style selection, and sharing features.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the App.

3. Account and Access

• The App uses anonymous authentication. No account registration with personal information is required.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of the device on which the App is installed.
• Since the App uses anonymous authentication, if you uninstall the App or lose access to your device, you may permanently lose access to your data. We are not responsible for any data loss in such circumstances.

4. Free and Paid Plans

4.1 Free Plan

The free plan includes limited access to the App's features:

• Access to the "Clean Up" rewrite style only
• A limited number of notes (as determined by the current free-tier limits)
• A maximum recording duration per note (as determined by the current free-tier limits)

4.2 Pro Plan

The Pro plan ("NoteTune Pro") unlocks additional features, including all rewrite styles and removal of note and recording limits. The Pro plan is available as a subscription through the Apple App Store.

4.3 Subscription Terms
